With eight years of experience in the financial services industry, Ben Dingwell has carved out a niche as a skilled operations specialist. Initially considering a career as an advisor or analyst while completing his college education, Ben took a position at a local Broker Dealer to better understand the industry. His first role as a transition consultant involved working directly with Montag Investments, which not only introduced him to the company but also highlighted his aptitude for operations over client-facing roles.

After refining his skills and gaining valuable experience with a second broker dealer, Ben joined Montag Investments as the Head of Operations. Today, he is recognized as an integral piece of the firm’s fabric, adept at solving complex operational challenges. Ben’s expertise allows him to effectively streamline operations, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and efficiently. This, in turn, frees up Caleb to focus his time and attention on client service and strategic planning.

With a strong background in organization and administrative support, Morgan serves as Executive Assistant at Montag Investments. She plays an essential role in the firm’s daily operations, providing coordinated administrative and operational support to the team.
